NamaMat FAQ

How soon will my order ship?

If your item is a "Preorder," general shipping dates will be outlined on the product page but may vary slightly depending on availability of inventory. Preordering an item will ensure you are the first to receive your mat.  If your order is not a "Preorder," most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed, via FedEx Home or Ground. This may be extended during the holidays, due to the high volume of orders moving through the FedEx system. We currently do not offer expedited shipping due to exorbitant costs $150+. Alaska and Hawaii orders only will ship via USPS Priority Mail and may take a few extra business days for delivery.
